[(Tips_for_use)] I have problems with the hair soap, what could be the problem?
Whether a hair soap is suitable for you and your hair always depends on several factors:

Firstly, hair soaps are generally better suited for natural, i.e. undyed or blond hair.
Second, in order to achieve the final result, the hair needs time to get used to it. How long this lasts mostly depends on which products you have previously used (shampoos and conditioners with surfactants, silicones, etc.), how often you wash your hair and what your hair is like (thin/thick hair, dry/ oily hair, etc.) . In addition, you should not wash your hair with any other care products during the changeover phase.
Thirdly, the hardness of the water is also important when washing your hair! Soft water that contains little lime is optimal. Hard water (= calcareous) contains a lot of dissolved calcium and magnesium. The lime then settles on the hair when you wash it. After washing, the hair can feel either brittle, dry or sticky and greasy (as if you hadn't washed your hair for days). Very hard water makes it more difficult to wash your hair with soap, because the mixture of hard water and hair soap creates “a lime soap”, which lies on the scalp and leaves a solid white layer on the hair. Thorough rinsing with an acidic rinse counteracts this problem and makes the hair supple and shiny again.

What is a sour rinse?
Anyone can make a sour rinse at home. You can use apple vinegar, raspberry vinegar or lemon juice for this (in the dosage 3 tablespoons per 1 liter of water. For harder water use a little more vinegar or lemon juice). It is also important that the acid rinse is no longer washed out. And don't worry - the vinegar smell will go away after the hair is dry.

How do I find out the water level in my home?
You can easily google the water level or ask the municipal utilities. At below eight degrees one speaks of soft water, up to 14 degrees it is medium-hard, from 14 degrees hard water comes out of the tap.
